Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Buy Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to enable us to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments from the following cards: VISA, SWITCH, ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, JCB/JCL and SOLO.
Your card will be debited with the full transaction value before the goods are dispatched.
Shipping And Handling
UK Delivery charges start at £1.50 and are then calculated by weight up to a maximum of £7.50. All orders over £50 are delivered free irrespective of weight. We do not currently deliver outside the UK except by special arrangement. Please email us at info@tableart.co.uk for details.
Delivery Schedule
We will dispatch your goods within 5 working days of your order, although most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow 10 to 15 days for delivery.
Back Orders
Our product details show whether an item is in or out of stock, however, in the unlikely event of an item you have ordered being unavailable we will contact you with details of when the goods will be in stock and offer you the following options:
- A full and prompt refund
- The item will remain on backorder and dispatched when in stock
UK Law regarding sale of knives
The sale of knives is restricted by law in the UK. We will only supply knives to persons over the age of 16.
It will be accepted that you are over the age of 16 if you complete the order process as this forms part of our contract of sale.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included, with the exception of zero rated goods.

Guarantee & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the goods within fourteen days of receipt, undamaged and unaltered in any way and in the original packaging, for a full and prompt refund.
Please note that shipping costs when returning goods for refund shall be the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights: if goods are wrongly dispatched or faulty/damaged we will of course refund your postage and supply replacement goods. This guarantee will only apply if we receive the goods from you. Recorded delivery is recommended as we are unable to exchange or refund goods until we receive your delivery.
